MISSION STATEMENT:
Operation Making a Difference, Inc. is a nonprofit organization centered on the Back to Basics intensive mentoring program, which helps at-risk youth in North Alabama become productive citizens through behavioral modification classes, resource partner facilitated programming, and family conflict resolution counseling.

PURPOSE:
Operation Making a Difference, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that believes that every child deserves a chance to realize their full potential. Partnering with local at-risk youth and their families, Operation Making a Difference aims to prevent and/or eliminate participants' substance abuse, low self-esteem, truancy, criminal behavior, and gang activity.
